To provide coordination for the Systems team, technical support in troubleshooting and resolving system-level issues and ensure proper configuration and operation of systems across multiple countries & continents.

Job Specifications
• To coordinate and lead a systems team of 5, set priorities and ensure implementation of targets
• To maintain web and database servers remotely
• To support SMPP mobile-interconnect links
• To provide backup, disaster recovery, security policies
• Oversee local network services and PC support for 40
• Maintain and configure corporate VOIP/CCTV service
• Debug, test and troubleshoot system hardware and software, both locally and remotely
• Prepare technical documentation related to system services, etc. and keep it up to date
• Provide management reports on activities of team

Person Specifications
• At least a BSC Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience administering Windows & Linux
• Demonstrable experience in managing people
• Good knowledge of one or more computer programming languages & SQL databases
• Good Communication and People Management skills (both verbal and written)
• Be conscientious, detail-oriented, and thorough
