To work with programmers to design and develop web and mobile user interfaces. The applicant should have a genuine interest in web applications, a solid understanding of XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and a great eye for design.

Job Specifications

• To create web pages and elements using well-formed HTML, CSS and Javascript
• To convert specifications and designs supplied in Photoshop, images, and PDF to HTML and CSS
• To work with designers to build interfaces
• To liaise with Java & GWT coders to ensure that styles are appropriately used within the user interface
• To keep up with developments in browser capabilities, browser versions and limitations
• To work with the user interface team in exploring different methods of enhancing how user interface is structured with HTML/CSS elements
• To construct user guides and documentation and provide web design training to programmers

• At least a BSc Computer Science or a certification in a related field
• At least 1-3 years experience working with HTML, Javascript and CSS in a professional environment
• Be able to work on multiple projects with varied deadlines
• Be able to communicate clearly with business users and the Project Manager
• Be able to innovate and build interfaces with intuitive interfaces
• Possess a good aesthetic sense and passion for design
• Transform wireframes and verbal concepts into Photoshop screens is a plus
